I had a problem with my order and ended up opening a dispute. Support did get back to me, but the replies felt a bit slow, and I had to resend details from my receipt and explain the same thing again over email. I did eventually get my refund, which I appreciated, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Not a terrible experience, just wish they handled these situations a little faster

The order showed up way faster than I expected. I was thinking it might take a while, like 30 minutes, an hour, maybe even longer, but nope, it was there within minutes.

I kept refreshing the page a few times, checking like you do when you're waiting for food delivery, a package, a confirmation email, or anything else you’re slightly impatient about. But there was no weird delay, no awkward waiting around, no need to message support, no back-and-forth, nothing like that.
